I’ve been a fully qualified mortgage broker for over 15 years. My speciality is arranging bespoke £1m+ mortgages for high earners with multiple income streams.

My accreditations include a Level 4 Certificate in Advanced Mortgage Advice. This goes above and beyond the FCA’s minimum adviser qualification requirements, thus enabling me to expand my advice capabilities and advise clients with complex needs and circumstances.

I’m also a Senior Mortgage Adviser at Thomas Oliver UK LLP, a large firm of financial advisers based in Waltham Cross. 

I advise on 1000s of mortgage products through Mortgage Broker Services UK, Thomas Oliver UK LLP and The Openwork Partnership, one of the UK’s largest financial networks.

I take immense pride in the satisfaction of helping my clients purchase their dream home or ideal investment property, and I always cite this as my favourite part of working in the mortgage industry.

Outside the office, I enjoy long walks with my wife Louise and our two Rhodesian Ridgeback dogs, Brodie and Kayah. I also enjoy MTB riding and yoga and am a premium season ticket holder at a well-known London Football Stadium.

As a first time buyer I was really nervous and uncertain around the complicated process of sorting out a the best mortgage options. I did my own research initially using search engines and then contacted Errol to see if he could improve on the options I’d found. He certainly could, and not only that but he was super helpful and fast to respond every time I reached out.
